    I signed a contract and sent a check for $150 in August of 2022 for a deposit for service to cut down a tree in the front yard and grind the stump. The check was cashed almost immediately. The representative verbally agreed to cut the tree in October. When December came around I contacted the company to refund my money for breaking the verbal and written contract and not doing the work agreed upon. My neighbor scheduled the company as well as struggled to get them to come out to service their agreement as well. Attached you will see written documentation from the company stating they confirmed receiving my deposit but it was my fault for not scheduling the service. Apparently they are in the business of taking money and not actually worrying about completing services. You will also see from their written response that they refused to simply refund my money.

    This complaint has been situated with the customer. The job has been completed and we have been paid in full. We have documentation showing attempted contact with the customer on 3 separate occasions in Dec of 2022 with no return call/text. Customer's brother came to our office in person and stated that his brother "******" is extremely hard to get ahold of and knows that we had done nothing wrong on our end.
