      They Will increase your rates, leave you on hold, gaslight you about discounts, and hit you with insane fees.

      We have an extended maintenance problem with **** that management refuses to fix. While they have provided high speed internet for 5 years, a tree fell on the lines 3 months ago taking down over 300 feet of coax, fiber optic and support cables between 3 poles. ************* corrected their lines and rehung within a day. **** has had service here 6 separate times but each incident the tech noted that 2 people with 2 bucket trucks are needed to rehang the support cable then the coax and fiber trunk. But the techs tell me that management refuses to send what is needed. While they have easement on the utility poles, they dont have easement rights to having their equipment strewn over my back yard. Anyone with experience getting their maintenance managers moving , please let me know.

      Have been without internet service today makes two weeks and no one can come out when ever I actually have internet the service is terrible goes out all the time

      Service out for a month. No ETA. Promised three callbacks from supervisor never received. Finally had someone willing to put us through to a supervisor. You could immediately tell hes heard the same story before and couldnt care less. Do not use this company. They dont care about you. They dont care about reliable service. They have zero empathy. You and your concerns do not matter. There is no communication. Save yourself the pain and go with someone else no matter the cost etc. You will regret choose ****.

      My wife has contacted **** numerous times about getting cable internet from them. They said they will do it but we have to pay them to run the line for 1/2 mile. The estimated cost would be around $20,000.00. This is ridiculous having to pay for something to better their business and pay for their service. I'm hoping Spectrum comes in soon.

      I pay for service I do not receive. The service is offline about every 15m, so most of my time is spent resetting, restarting, etc as they are continually offline. This has been the case since installation. I have to take PTO for a tech to replace the router...something I could easily do-but they refuse and refuse to credit service, just keep charging full price for only 20% service. ****** before doing business with Zitomedia, carefully consider every other option available-they equipment and service is garbage.

      12+ days without internet and the only response when I reach out is our technicians are working on it and we dont have an estimate time to recover service I work from home. This isnt acceptable.

      We have been **** customers for many years. They consistently have unreliable service. Most recently, we have not had internet service for over 3.5 weeks. I called **** twice to report the issue. The first time they told me they were aware of the outage, techs were working on it but they had no idea when service would be restored. The second time I called, 10 days later, to say we still did not have service, I was told there were no techs in the area and I needed to wait an additional week for one to come out and work on it. In the meantime, we got ******* Fios to come and install high speed internet. When I called **** today to cancel our service the customer service person was rude to me. He wanted to know why I was leaving and when I explained, he became argumentative. Then he proceeded to tell me all the ways **** could improve my service. I told him I was not interested and wanted to cancel my service. He put me on hold for over 10 minutes and then came back on the line to tell me he cancelled our service and then rudely hung up on **** do think there are good people who work for ****, but I have not spoken or dealt with those nice people this month. As a whole, the company is broken and they do not care about their ************ not do business with this company.

      After making countless calls to their service department with no improvement, I decided to go to a different provider and now I have spent 10 days trying to cancel my Zito Media ************* Their poor business practices of transferring your call over and over again and then disconnecting is ridiculous. I dont think I have ever been more frustrated dealing with a business. Do yourself a favor and NEVER use Zito Media for anything! I guess my next step is to have to take legal action against them just to cancel my service I certainly wish I had looked up this F rating before I started my service.
