******* Via, DBA Supreme Contracting LLC, was contracted to replace the siding on my house on Aug. 5, 2024. The first check for $3800.00 was written on that same date payable to Supreme Contracting LLC. Work to begin the next day. Subsequent checks were written on Aug. 13, $2000.00, made out to ******* Via, Aug. 16, $1500.00 made out to ******* Via, Aug. 23, $1800.00 made out to ******* Via, and final payment $3000.00 on Aug. 25 made payable to Supreme Contracting. Total of $12,100.00. The original contract was for $9200.00. It ended up being $2900.00 over contracted price. He completed the siding on Aug. 25 and I haven't seen him again for the past two weeks. He never returned to clean up all the trash from the job, re-attach the shutters, the ******* box, secure the wires running into the house, one gutter, all the downspouts and re-attach the electric meter. He lost screws to the outside light fixture so he took one from one of the new light fixtures to secure it. Now I have two lights secured with one bolt each. He did not hang two of the gutters correctly and when it rained the next night the water was pouring out of the joint onto the new patio. After daily texts asking him when he was coming to finish all of these issues and receiving excuses, or I'll be there Friday, Monday, tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow and all no-shows, I am done dealing with him. The final text yesterday that he would be here by 4PM and again no show. I will now be hiring a junk removal company, gutter company and handyman to complete the work.

I texted him again after he assured me he would be there on Sept. 6 by 4PM. Of course he didn't show and I told him I would be sending the invoices after the people I called to complete the work had finished. After more back and forth texts he showed up to pick up half of the trash after the handyman from Ace Hardware had hung the shutters back up, attached the ******* box to the house and secured the miscellaneous wires hanging at the end of the house. That was on Sept. 11. He showed up on Sept. 12 to pick up the other half of the trash, hang the last gutter and the downspouts. He was supposed to attached the electric meter and secure the wires for that. He said he had to leave to dump his trailer before the dump closed and to get longer screws. He never returned after texting me that he would be back on Sept. 13. I had to have an electrician re-attach the electric meter and secure the wires. The handyman cost $350.00 and the electrician was $375.00. On Sept. 26, 2024 I emailed **** with the invoices and told him I expect payment by cash, money order or cashier's check by Nov. 1, 2024. If I don't received payment by then I will be filing a small claims case for reimbursement. I also texted him on that same date to inform him that I sent the information to him by email. So, to answer you about any resolution, it was partial.
