    We believe the date was around January of 2021. The business has a policy of 2 year contract upon signing the contract. I had joined and was unable to get into the building because of the key fob was under the wrong number or something. Upon me trying to access the building on numerous occasions i could never get into the building. I contacted a woman which I'm not sure of her name? But it took me many many times to finally reach this woman. Once I did reach a woman, I told her what was happening with this key fob that I could not gain access on numerous times. She listened to this then took down some info from me and entered it in a computer if my memory serves me correctly. Then she finally told me this issue is taken care of. I drove over there AGAIN and was still not able to get into the building. By this time I'm extremely upset with this whole issue. So I called again leaving several messages over the period of three days. Several days went by and she called me back. She asked me to confirm the number on the key fob she gave me. Again I went over to enter the building and to no avail, after this upon me getting in contact with her, she told me that she had entered the wrong number in the computer. I then stated to her I asked for a refund she said no but she would wave the remainder of the contract since I had so much problems getting into the building and never did work out in the facility one time. No why would i not be able to receive a refund for my troubles, for something that was never my fault in the first place. Now fast forward to March 6th of 2023 I get a letter in the mail from a collectoin agency stating I owe $599.00 to Anytime Fitness. File number ****** Agreement # ****-*****. This has been over a years time I thought the issue was resolved, I very upset that No time fitness this is what I'm calling it because I never entered the building to work out once. This is not my fault and now they say I owe this money. I'm going to contact my lawyer if BBB cannot resolve this pressing issue

    Abc explained to me, when I called to inquiry on 3/7/23 (after to speaking to Allison’s husband on 3/7/23) That the person who left a note on 10/3/22 saying they would call the club, no longer works there, and didn’t reach out to the club. We never received any calls to the club from ******* *********. Club phones forward to my cell phone as well.
