    We will never use ECS again. They installed our units 3 years ago and come back this year to move the units since we added an addition. Never have us a quote for the job and I took off work the day they came to install. I did work for them that was never appreciated and at the end they charged us half the price of the original install and we already had the heads and outside unit. They routed our condensation lines on an interior wall and they plumed all the pvc pipes wrong and caused water to drop inside the house. I have pictures to attach, the quality of the job was not professional. They electrical tapped pvc joints, I was told by them it will be ok.? B On top of that the system was already fully charged and they charged us for refrigerant again!? Never trust this company. They are strictly out to make money with no thought to the customer.
