      Hello good day. I have been trying to reach this company at the phone number provided: ************. That number is never answered. Emails are never answered. Sent an email to the person at the bottom of their rental website from December 4 and have yet to receive a response. The email provided is: **********@PennEquity.com. Where is the manager for this company? Where is the CEO? You guys have to realize that you are providing a service to people and it is not for free. You lack customer service and reliability. The website, *************************************************************************, is outdated and SOMETIMES provides inaccurate information. On the current listing, it says tenant pays water but then goes on to say water is included in the rent. I know this because I was trying to recommend this place to a co-worker of mine. We need answers. All of us have decided to now take action. Each neighbor will be submitting because even with simple issues, we cannot get ahold of anyone. As a CEO or manager I know you see these reviews. Do you choose to ignore them? Again, you are not a charity. We are giving money to provide services to US and also potential renters can never be answered. Get it together! If all of us submitting our complaints does not warrant changes, we will be seeking higher action because this is ridiculous. Been going on 2 years now but I kept quiet at the request of my wife. Not anymore.

      I, along with several others, have been reaching out to this company since October in regards to availability. Reached out in October and the call was answered by ******* who took the information and stated that she cannot provide information about availability of apartment because that is not her field but she will pass along info and I can expect to hear back in 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS. It is now December almost January and I have heard nothing. All I asked for was if a unit will be available within the next 7 months at ****** *****. I guess whoever she relayed the message to didn't see it as important to get back. I have to laugh at this point because if it is this difficult to get in touch, I can only imagine renting from them. The phone number provided on ****** is also NEVER ANSWERED. WHERE IS THE CEO? Does he not read reviews? C'mon man. You're a company.
