****** ******** *** ** **** ******* ******* ******** *********** ***** Suggest avoiding these guys. They used to do a fantastic, professional job. Now not so much. Besides making a hot mess out of our driveway they trashed the lawn in several spots as well. Ignored Red Flag #1 when the communications weren’t great during the quote process. Ignored Red Flag #2 when my neighbor had to have it done a 2nd time to be right. Sent a purposefully neutral email saying I wasn’t happy with the job. No response. Waited several days & sent another saying that I wouldn’t be paying the invoice until we could get this resolved. A few minutes later their new manager, Skylar, called & pretty much barked at me that this was the 3rd time he had called. Not true, did have ONE other call from the number showing, but I don’t answer unknown #’s on my cell. I asked if he had left a voicemail. No. He then proceeded to start yelling at me & said that I was “Out of hand” for sending the email. When I told him to back it down he yelled “Don’t pay the invoice & don’t ever, ever do business with me again!” Ok, can-do easy.

Tim, We explained to you that verizon was down in our neighborhood and could only be fixed by an engineer, which we are currently still waiting on. We fixed the issue temporarily. You responded with a nasty email due to being unsatisfied with the work. Rightfully so. We pride ourselves in quality but unfortunately things do happen. Your neighbor needed it redone due to no fault of us or the customer. Your drive was ensured a warranty and we were happy to fix it for you due to one of our brushes going bad leaving those marks. You did not handle yourself respectfully and under our warranty it states all warranties are void without proper and timely payment. We do not appreciate being talked to the way you did as we stayed polite and you became irate with insults. We also do not appreciate the slander you continue to pursue. As for your lawn, we have no other place to put brushes/spraywand unless you preferred sealant on your side walk. Your grass will be cut in the next couple weeks and that problem will be irrelevant. As for your drive, a simply “I am unsatisfied with the look of my drive.” would have gotten you a freshly sealed drive free of charge.
