I received radiology services on 04/26/23. The services were processed through my medical insurance. There was a balance of $43.58 due after adjustments. Radiology Associates sent me a bill for the $43.58 to a two-year-old address and therefore I never received the bill. When the balance was not paid (because I never knew there was a balance) Radiology Associates sent the bill to a collection agency and the collection agency sent a bill to my parent's address. After several calls to Radiology Associates to try to get it cleared up, they refused to recall the bill that was sent to collections, saying I had to pay the collection agency. I paid the collection agency. After that, Radiology Associates added back the $43.58 to my account as if it had never been sent to collections, therefore my payment to collections was never recorded. Despite trying to send proof of the payment to collections via mail, I received a second bill for the $43.58 two months later. That second bill stated that it would be sent to collections again. I was billed twice for the same thing because of their mistake with the wrong address. The balance has already been paid.

Seriously sent bill of 11.00 to collection agency..absolute disgrace considering thousands of out of pocket dollars paid to main line along with thousands paid by our health insurance..this amount should be written off..I totally refuse to pay now that it was sent to collection and never sent to us

I am getting harassing calls from *************. I had no idea what for, and they would not tell me. I called ***** Hospital, as I had several recent visits there. They advised me that Radiology Associates uses *************. So I called there, spoke to a very rude man, he actually hung up on me, I certainly hope (but doubt) that they record these calls. He said that many invoices were emailed to me, but refused to verify my email. He said that many calls were made to me, but refused to verify my phone number. I have not received any emails or calls and there is no balance on ******* under MLHS. I pay my bills and this system is completely unacceptable and clearly shows that in fact they have zero code of conduct in their billing practices, which is so unfortunate as the staff was so very helpful. It sickens me to have this stress when I am just home recuperating. Shame on them.

They are scammers!! They are double charging for the same x-ray!!They submitted the same bill to my insurance twice, which is insurance fraud. My insurance, of course, rejected it. So, now they are trying to extort the money from me on an ILLEGAL charge of $389. That's not chump change. They waited six months to send me a bill. I call them to tell them this is a double charge and that I have proof. They said email the information to show it was. I do so, and I get no response. Two months after that I get a notice that I'm in collections I call them again. They say they never received anything from me even though I NEVER got a bounce message. The representative puts me on hold to talk to his "boss." Then gives me another email to send my information. I ask them to confirm that they got it. They don't. So, I call back the next day. They said they never received anything again. I'm sending it to the emails they provide me. Then they give me another email address. I sent it today and asked for a confirmation. I don't have any confidence that they will confirm they got it. So, that's why I'm leaving a complaint here. Plus, I plan on contacting my insurance and employer about the fraud. I work for a big company that has resources to help with this kind of fraud.I'm getting the run-a-around about a bogus, ILLEGAL charge. This charge needs to be zeroed out, and the collection company needs to be notified. These companies like to take advantage of the small guy.FYI, this is ******************/Mainline Health. This is not the first Mainline Health committed fraud against me. Before it was credit card fraud.
