      Several parts of the rack I bought came with small scrapes on it, which will rust within a couple weeks which is very unfortunate. Regarding the install, it came with 40 flat washers, but the instructions and the installation video required around 80 washers so I had to go to Lowes. I brought up these problems with customer service and they offered to send me more hardware (flat washers) but I am under a time crunch since I need this rack installed for my new job which starts in 3 days, therefore I had to spend my own money to get sufficient hardware. Its just frustrating that they couldnt get it right the first time. Other than those things the rack seems fine. Be prepared for problem solving if youre buying this rack.

      I had to return a product due to issues on my end. The product was beautiful. The return was easy. I am very pleased in fact I am making another purchase.

      Order placement: went smooth. Took only two hrs for order to be approved and processed for shipping Shipping : little mishap. Shipping was scheduled for a 2day delivery ended up being 3 but still came in before scheduled installation date so not too much worry. Parts came through ***** Installation: appt was scheduled for a Tuesday morning, dropped off around 745 but they didnt start til 11am .. shop was a little hard to find as it was kinda hidden . Shop didnt finish install until around 4pm . Upon pickup everything looked good , did a self test and boards seem sturdy. Overall 4/5 stars minus the wait time

      The customer service at ********************** is by far the best Ive ever dealt with. Im pretty sure Ill never buy anything for my jeep from anyone else. Speedy shipping, basically a 5star experience all the way

      Has great stuff and good prices I have gotten a lot of stuff here for my jeep. The only thing to improve is when u get voucher have ability to use it online when ordering. Twice I have gotten 10 dollar vouchers and not been able Access they website when ordering..
