      I found everything I needed . Videos to explain the why’s and why nots. And my only issue was my own fault. I didn’t get to use a promo code to save a few bucks.

      Great service. I ordered this part from another company first. 4WD. That was a mistake. It took 3 and a half weeks to receive it. And the box was ripped open. And all but 2 pieces was missing in the box. I did not accept it. Called the company. Got a human. He told me he will transfer me to customer service, and after sitting on hold for a hour and a half, listening to how they appreciate my business. I finally got to tell them what happen. And they pretty much told me it is not there problem. The shipping company messed it up. But the customer service SUCKED. And I'm still waiting for my money back, and it is going on 3 weeks now. Will not do that again. I guess that is what I get for cutting corners. Extreme Terrain has always been great. I ordered my part. and got it within a week undamaged. Extreme Terrain you ROCK.

      For a $600+ order, I expected the item (ARB Dual Compressor) to not be shipped in the manufacturer's display box, with item pictures and labels for any thief to see. There was not any tape holding the box closed, only one carboard "tab" that was torn and barely hanging on. The 20lb compressor had shifted so much during shipping that the cardboard dividers inside the manufacturer's display box were destroyed. The compressor and contents were a little roughed up from sliding around. The manufacturer's display box should have been shipped in a seperate unmarked box, with proper padding for shipping protection.
