      The customer service person was awesome. She was able to tell me that what I was ordering would definitely fit the truck my husband has. She walked me through and placed the order for the truck bed mat and tailgate mat and BAM it was here in just a matter of days. It was easy for my husband to install and it looks great!

      I ordered the Diablosport inTune i3 Platinum Tuner (***** 5.3L ****** 1500)Item #: S510908-53. I also ordered the two shipping option. I should have received the programmer today from *****. This never happened and today is Saturday. I'm sure I will not see the programmer until this coming week. Disappointed in this for sure. I should have done the FREE shipping and not been charged anything and received it in the same time. I will definitely write American Trucks and ask for my money back for the shipping. I hope I get this soon and it's what I have been wanting for my truck.I will give an honest review on this.

      It's only been 2 days since my order and I've now received 8 emails, most with the subject line of "Regarding your order"ALL BUT ONE, we're actually Regarding my ******** ****** seems like a Chinese Scam site.

      Just had my trucks transmission rebuilt and I have been watching the transmission oil temps and I noticed the temps were in the high 190s. So it made me concerned that was not good. I ordered the mishimoto transmission oil cooler and switched out the old one. My temps are now staying in the 140 to 150s. Well worth the investment.

      Not happy, called ahead to see if there were a set of rims for my truck in stock Representative **** M said they were in stock in the warehouse and should ship out in a week. Next day email said they were on backorder called American Truck to see what happened and that they were sold out. When I called customer service I told them I called and verified and ordered same day they said nothing we can do so sorry have to wait 3 months if more, absolutely ridiculous.

      Decent accessories at an okay price.Once you have looked at the website you get absolutely bombarded with repetitive emails, sometimes more than 4 per day. It's absolutely ridiculous how many they send, with no way to limit them, other than to unsubscribe.

      *************! Ordered a flat tow base plate and mechanic installed only to find the clips that connect the truck to RV were missing from the box. Company cant replace because its back ordered indefinitely. They wont refund the $650 unless we pay more shop time to uninstall the plate AND pay shipping back. We are out the cost of the part and $350 shop time/install. Their resolution was to send a $20 voucher good for 30 days on a future purchase.CS will not return calls and/or email. RUN dont walk.
