      Ordered powder coated calipers for my F350, package arrived on time, shipping box was a little banged up, but no damage to my calipers at all. Great product, fit perfectly, competitive pricing and all around good company. Will definitely purchase from them again!

      I ordered the wheels late on Friday and wasn't sure if they received it as I also had a message from my credit card company indicating the transaction was canceled. I called American Trucks and was reassured that they were going to ship within 3 days. I am very pleased with the Staff at American Trucks!!

      I called and spoke with a representative, and we went over the part I wanted for my truck. The representative price matched the part. I waited a week for it to arrive, and when it came in, the part was not the part/brand I ordered. I was sent a Husky part and an AVS hood protector. The Husky was damaged upon arrival. They did not want to send a replacement part until I sent pictures, which I did via online chat. I was then told that I had to send pictures back to them via email and that the part would be dropped off at ***** before they would ship me the correct part. I found the part on ****** for $40.00, which is less than what they charge, and it will be delivered in time for the installation to take place at the shop. I am not impressed with my first order with them.

      Worst return policy any company *** ever dealt with first you have to take pictures to get an approval for a return and then they charge you for the returns never opened the package and it was $100 order they charged me $10 to return it Not a good policy.

      Horrible experience. Being charged twice because they lost a packaged I never received. Do not purchase anything from this website! Customer was not helpful at all.
