    ******'s Pour Decisions was hired for bartending services at an event on January 6, 2024. A contract was agreed in November 2023 with a deposit being paid on November 3, 2023 and the remainder paid on December 20, 2023. The total amount paid is $240.00. ******, of ******'s Pour Decisions, did not show up for the event and on the evening of the event agreed via text message to provide a refund (as well as within the contract which requires 14 days notice to cancel). I have reached out many times in an attempt to get the refund but have been unsuccessful.

    Sherrys Pour Decisions has paid the deposit of $240.00 to ***********************. It was sent via Apple Pay, on Monday June 10 2024. Please refer to the attached photos of the transaction. I am regretful and sorry that it has taken so long to return Ms ******* deposit. Hopefully by the deposit being paid in full, it will resolve this matter.

    I would like to add, although it has nothing to do with the lateness of the deposit being returned, as there is no excuse that will make that acceptable. The evening of the event that I was to bartend, there was inclement weather. A snowstorm unexpectedly happened and it snowed all day and into the night. My car slid off the road several times and I had to turn around and return home, as it was very dangerous to continue. I was in contact with *************** during this and informed her right away that I would not be there due to the dangerous road conditions. I was extremely upset by this and expressed my frustration and disappointment. I am only giving this account because *************** stated that I did not show up and I believe it should be stated and known that I didnt just not show up, that there were unforeseen circumstances, and act of God and that is the reason I didnt make it to the event. Again, I am sorry for the long delay in returning the deposit and I hope it will be resolved now that it has been paid in full.
