    I paid this business $24k for custom kitchen cabinets, half in Jan 2023 and the balance in April. Throughout the project there were delays. Eventually Rob the owner said he would rush, stay up all night, whatever it took to get them done. I said not to, I would rather wait than have bad cabinets. He installed the cabinets a few weeks later. Since installing them I have been trying to get him to repair quality issues including chipped and cracked wood on several door edges, chipped paint in several spots, doors not lining up, gap in cabinet base bottom, lumps in seams due to uneven sanding and a bump/bubble where a screw may have been drilled too much. Rob has acknowledged the issues, apologized profusely and attempted to fix some of the issues. In may 2023 he took several doors to rebuild them, after weeks of waiting he came back to install the new doors.. upon inspection I learned he did not rebuild them he simply put caulking on and painted over it. I texted him and asked if he rebuilt them like he stated, he immediately called, apologized for the continued issues and promised to repair everything. He asked me to create a list of all issues and he would fix them. I asked him to inspect them with me so we could agree on the fix. He went on vacation, as did I, he last texted me that he would come to my house on July 22, I have not seen or heard from him and he is not returning my requests to fix the issues.
