    When I received my order the first thing I noticed was the chainsaw bar rails had too much clearance for a brand new bar. Usually bars are discarded when they get to this point of slop amount. I contacted them and the first reply was they have never had that issue before. That was the first red flag. I contacted them again reiterating my issue and sent a video when they asked for one. Never got a reply so I reached out once again and got a reply that sounded like they never watched the video as all they said was im sure the bar is probably fine. Well no its not and you would see if that if you watched the video. At this point I gave up as I could just chalk it up to a loss. A day or two later though I installed the other part that came in my order which was a cylinder for a chainsaw engine. The cylinder was defective and the piston would hit the squish band as it traveled up and down the cylinder. Its hard to believe its a coincidence and at this point it seems like they are purposely sending me defective parts and planning to do nothing about it. This is the first complaint Ive ever made on bbb let alone the internet at all. Ive never dealt with such poor customer service and a total lack of willingness to make it right. *** had complaints before and I go out of my way to make it right. Thats called ethics and principles. No company should be allowed to get to the point where they lack quality control and integrity to the point the customer is screwed. We should hold each other accountable to a moral compass and respect each other so we continue to grow and evolve rather than back track into a barbarism.
