    I went to this business to make some purchases. I was there for about 15 minutes. When I arrived, there was no associate and the phone was ringing. After ringing about ***** times, the phone turned off. I continued to look through their selection and was looking to make a purchase, but there was no associate. I continued to look, still no associate. I left and left a one star review detailing my experience. 45 minutes later, I received a HIGHLY hostile reply, stating "Sorry. I was in the back working on inventory for a convention coming up. I didn't hear my door bell go off. I checked my DVR system, You literally was here for less than two minutes. I think giving someone one star because I didn't run to you and annoy you with questions is a bit absurd. It would've been nice if you would've said something or rang our bell at the register but you did none of that. How about next time you want to complain about a small business you call or actually open your mouth to see if someone heard you come in. Instead you wanted to be a keyboard warrior." This is a public relations nightmare. I was looking to return another time and give the shop a second chance but from the hostility and lack of truth, I believe an investigation should be made. I am concerned as many things could have happened in this time, there was no security, something could have been stolen, but there is only the lie about how long I was there, a minor complaint at best, met with hostility.

    As explained in my response to him in my Review he left me, he met MY store with unwanted hostility with a one star rating for almost no reason. Now he is trying to cause trouble with the BBB over a missed doorbell? I don't think so... We have 8 cameras in our store and the entire time he slowly walked around with his arms crossed and never said a word, picked anything up or rang our bell at the register. we have the video footage to prove it. my hostility is in direct response to his rating. Our phones work perfectly well and we get about 20 to 30 calls a day, by the way and I prefer it NOW that he not contact us or reference us in any way.  We are a drama free zone and will not tolerate it. Thank you
