    On December 16th, 2022 We Cut Professionals sent someone out to clean carpets in our new home before we moved in.
    Their website says 100% MONEY BACK GUARANTEE.
    They claim they deep clean carpets and in fact they do not. The photos they use that looks like carpet cleaned with a steam cleaner is simply made with a brush brushing the carpet in such a way.
    After they finished the job, my carpets are shredded up, the stains remain, they are crunchy, dirty, not at all deep cleaned or thoroughly cleaned. They used some sort of rotary brush tool they didn’t even clean the carpets.
    When I asked about their satisfaction guarantee and money back guarantee,
    A Travis B***** said we don’t guarantee anything.
    They said they cannot refund my money because I waited 72 hours to say I wasn’t happy. They wanted to come out and re clean my carpets. I don’t want a company that did a very bad job the first time to come out and attempt again.
    I paid $800.00 for carpets to be cleaned and they were not. And they do not honor their 100% money back guarantee. In fact the owner said they don’t guarantee anything.
    He said he will not refund my money, first because I took too long to respond.
    They won’t refund because I don’t want them to come out and re clean.
    They are running a scam and taking money from people and their photos are deceiving.
    I want a full refund. I redid my carpet in one room and the water is very dirty still. There is still dirt dust and dander in carpets. The entire family is having issues breathing. They lie when they say child and pet safe.
    They don’t clean carpets!

    WeCutPro sent the same person to the house Friday with our cash back in an envelope.
    He came the day prior and said no one was home, which we were.
    He returned the money. He said he never got any phone calls or emails or complaints.
    I guess he meant before now.
