I prepaid for pellets in the fall, and they brought out the first delivery. I have contacted them by phone and email several times over the last 3 weeks to try and get the rest of my pellets delivered, but they haven't returned calls or emails. They owe me 6,760 pounds of pellets that I have already paid for. Their @kingdombiofuel.com email address bounce, and their website now goes to some gambling site, so they must have let their domain expire. They have a *-mail account which is the last place I got any communication from them, back in October after they delivered the first half of my pellets.

I contacted Kingdom Biofuel in September to arrange for a delivery of wood pellets for my pellet stove for the upcoming winter. In the attached documentation you will see that we were invoiced for $450 on 9/13/2022. We mailed this company a check which they cashed/deposited on 9/30/2022. They were supposed to call within 2 weeks of our payment to schedule a delivery. As of 10/31/2022, we have not heard back from this company and have tried to contact them multiple times. We have tried to:1. Call them and have left multiple voicemail messages from both my cell phone and my wifes cell phone 2. Reply to the email that sent me the invoice. This email address returned back as undeliverable 3. Visit their website to see if there were any other ways to contact them. Their website URL that is in their invoice now redirects to a microgaming site that has nothing to do with the content of their business.4. Messaging their ******** business profile and leaving a buyer-beware review on their profile page.5. We even tried calling the number of someone named **** who commented on a ******** post from 2 years ago. He answered but indicated he was no longer with Kingdom Biofuel but that we were about the 8th call hes received this month of unhappy customers trying to track down their money or schedule a delivery from Kingdom Biofuel. He recommended we go in person and confront them face to face between 8am and 4pm during their business hours and overall seemed to share the sentiment that this is a common business practice for this business to avoid their customers and not deliver on their paid goods and services. No one has returned any of our attempts to reach them. Our next course of action is to visit their brick and mortar store to try to obtain a refund. However we are now of course scrambling to find another business that can provide this service that we need in time for the winter months (and with enough inventory/availability at a reasonable rate).
