      The reason for my complaint is I have been a customer of the business in good standing for the past several years. I am also a part of their monthly auto fill for home heating oil. My last delivery was on 12/20/2024 todays date is 01/27/25 and have not yet received oil. I placed a call to the business last week advising my growing concern for my need of home heating oil. I was advised they would be there during the week. On todays day I called back advising I have still not received oil and Im dangerously low. I was now told by staff they are too busy to deliver and I should just fill my oil tank with diesel until they can come. I requested a delivery date and they told me there too busy to give me one and disconnected. Ive attempted to reach several other companies for an emergency delivery but every one is 1-2 weeks out for delivery. Im very concerned for my families safety with the cold temperatures if I can not get a delivery. I feel the business had an obligation to deliver oil on a monthly basis based on our agreement. Theres actions are putting my family and home at risk.

      I recently bought 2 ************* vape nicotine pens @ $24.00 a piece and both were defective and began dispensing the nicotine on its own once making me very sick to my stomach for days & then died within a couple days of purchase however this product is defective and dangerous! I brought them Back in today for a refund and or to swap for another product and alerted assistant who was working and spoke to general manager over the phone in the store about this problem and they said sorry nothing we will/can do for you and TOO BAD, you are out of your money and we will not swap with a functioning product nor can you have money back..I had my receipt & everything..The 2 customers standing behind me spoke out and said the same problem happened to them! This is not only dangerous for the customers but monetarily wrong! These products need to be pulled from the store & investigated..I’ve never been so sick from this product after it defaulted spraying toxic chemical into my lungs as well as disappointed by this staff whom was Assistant manager ***************** Manager *******..This is wrong and I don't want to see anyone else get hurt and ripped off as well!
