    Leo Z*** may be the most unprofessional contractor I have ever had the displeasure of working with. I had to beg him to give me a contract, which when I got it, was a few words scribbled on paper. I hired him in the fall of 2023 for a project happening in mid 2024. I endured many long winded conversations, forgotten information, and him requesting that other contractors do work, he was responsible for. The day before we broke round, he texted saying that because we changed things ( we didn’t), He thought it best that we did not use him going forward. What a joke! He is a colossal waste of time, effort, and him trying to talk me into doing what he wanted to do, instead of what I wanted him to do. Do yourself a favor, go elsewhere. A terrible experience all around.
