    On Friday afternoon i was told by this company that we can come tomorrow between 8sm and 4pm to pick up the car or grab belongings out of it. We told them multiple times that my girlfriends insulin and glucose meters were in the car. That is life sustaining medications. On our way there at the times i was told by the employee i spoke to we called to say we are on the way. We were then told they are not open today but i was just told by the same person (atleast it sounded like the same person) yesterday that we can come between 8am and 4pm. Now my girlfriend does not have her insulin or a way to check her sugar and they are not open til Monday. By the. The insulin will have been sitting inside of a hot car and will have gone bad. So not only do we now have to replace the very expensive insulin out of pocket but we must pay them extra for storage fees while the insulin goes bad and she goes to the hospital. This place is either filled with drunk incompetent people or they just don't care about somebidy possibly dying because they told us the wrong information about their own hours.
