    Kid's Campus doesn't keep books and doesn't issue receipts. I paid for approximately two weeks for two children, before Title 20 (government issued daycare assistance) kicked in. They backpaid, so the daycare received double payment. I asked for a refund of my payment. The manager asked, "Do you mind if we keep it? That way you don't have to make any co-pays for a long time!" It was nearly $1,000 with a weekly copay of approximately $7. I said I wanted 50% returned and never received it. Still no receipts! As time continued, I lost my job and requested payment in full. They have refused it and made regular excuses. One excuse was they were hearing back from Title 20 how much was paid out. Another excuse was issues with taxes. Many times they said "check back tomorrow." It has been nearly a year of consistent bugging for a refund for the money they owe me. Without receipts and proper bookkeeping, I have no idea how much that is. Neither do they! I could probably get copies of my checks and copies from Title 20.
