    Resale Closings, LLC is absolutely one amazing company. Jes goes above and beyond every time. After two or three months of debating purchasing some resale market timeshares and working with one insanely expensive realtor who wanted 10x the cost of the timeshare to close, we almost gave up. We had found this $1 timeshare on ebay at the exact place and time in year we wanted. I am not an expert on timeshare sales, process etc - I turned to the BBB hoping to find a local agency. Low and behold, I found Resale Closings, LLC. After calling and speaking with Jes, she gave such good information and made me feel so comfortable trying this $1 timeshare... Just about 30 days later, and we are expecting the owners packet this week. She handled that transaction so flawlessly, effortlessly and affordably. We are now in our second transaction with her (as a buyer again) and she is doing just as well for us. I would recommend Resale Closings, LLC to anybody who is interested in purchasing a timeshare and wants somebody to handle the transaction (I'm sure I'll recommend them as a seller if we ever do that too).
    What blew me away, I was speaking with the seller of the timeshare and got the same feedback as some other individuals, that is when I realized I've found the perfect place. They do all this for you? It only took 30 days for you to get everything? Granted that is a snapshot of one or two deals where I found the seller and Resale Closings facilitated with two eager parties and reputable properties, however, I am confident the good relationship with Resale Closings, LLC will continue AND I recommend them most strongly.

    Resale Closings, LLC sold my family's timeshare in less than 48 hours of putting it up for sale. The whole transaction took a month to complete, and it was completed for less than the budget they had initially quoted. We were very pleased with their service.
