6/25/23 I called Ed's  auto to advise the spark plugs they put in during my tune up on 3/9/23 were not the correct spark plugs. They installed champion and my 2017 ****** ***** sport only uses ***. I provided proof and was denied the 155$ reimbursement. Even though they knowingly used the wrong spark plugs. Caused an engine misfire check engine light . I took it to first mechanic I saw as not to cause damage.

The Complaint called 6/25/23 to tell us that we installed wrong sparkplugs in vehicle upon speaking with her i told her they usual come with *** and if she would have brought back to me i would more than happy to correct what ever issue she was having! The spark plugs that were installed were listed for that vehicle make model year and engine size regardless of manufacture of plugs that is what is listed oem equivalent for her car . I had told her if she would have brought it back i would be more happy to help, she had stated she could not drive the car spark plugs were installed 3/9/23 and have driven 3 months with no issues no check engine light if it kicked on check engine light for misfire the car would still have been drivable and not undriveable like she had stated but a coil pack would cause car to be undrivable which is most likely the problem . Also spark plugs she brought back were damaged after they were removed dropped on ground i can not send them back to my supplier and get credited for them. That is why she was denied refund

The salesman is also a mechanic and I was informed from other employees he was aware there was an issue and NEVER informed me !! I asked if they had safe complimentary vehicle I could use in the mean time they said no !! I asked if they had a rent a car they said no can’t help you.. !! I’m single mother of 2 with school next week no savings cause it was spent on 2 vehicles that aren’t working I have no way to get to where I need to go and my son has no way to and from work and he starts his 2 year college next week. I feel like we were taken advantage of and we where all put in harms way… The amount of stress it has bestowed upon my family has been immense… we need cars that work and are safe please
