I had gotten into a car accident and my car was deemed a Total Loss, during the process my insurance had given the car to this company and the company (Copart) had Possession of my now totaled vehicle.I had a numerous amount of personal items in the car ranging from a ******** switch to even my black grill (dismantled) in the back seat during the time of my accident I was just traveling back from ******* so I had all of my things from down there in my car since I was down there for a couple months of work I had told the company that I was going to come down to get my stuff but at the time I didnt have a car anymore and had no way of getting down there due to me not having a good connection with friends or family mind you I also have work and was sent out to travel with a fellow ****** for 6 more weeks the day after while I was down in ******* I had made a call to them and they had told me that my car which was the Lot # I provided had already been sold and when I asked if they had the decency to take my belongings out of the car they told me that they could not answer that and that anything in the car is assumed to have been sold with with car that means my -******** switch -Black coal Burning grill -customized Skateboard that I revived as a gift from my girlfriend -my limited addition **** shoes -clothes -Dslr camera -computer monitor And some other miscellaneous items were all sold with the vehicle without giving me a chance to come and pick it up myself costing me hundreds of dollars and memorable items. Which makes me furious I had asked them if they took any pictures of what was inside of the car and the lady in the phone kinda scoffed and told me that they assumed everything in the car was junk so no. Who looks at expensive items thinking they are junk especially if someone had just gotten into a accident in the car obviously that person is going to want theyre stuff back * tell them the lot number they will be able to tell you the time and date..
