I go to this gym when I am one breaks for college & I have always had problems with getting my membership cancelled. They say that my membership has been cancelled & then the next month when I am already away at school I get charged, and they tell me I have to come to the store to fill out another cancellation form even though that is not possible since I am already away at school. This has probably been the third time that this has happened. This time however, there was no one manning the front desk to help me get it cancelled & the manager just told me to send him a text with my information & he will get it cancelled. A month later I got charged again & was told that he never received the text. I am just frustrated because there is no one ever manning the front desk of the establishment so I am not sure how else to go about this. I am not the only one this has happened too, everyone has a story with Wynn Fitness not cancelling their memberships. I even had to cancel my debit card one time because I kept getting charged every month & no one was answering the phones to help me.

I signed up for a gym membership In March 2022 & gave my debit card information for automatic payments to be withdrawn. By July, my key wouldn't work so I didn't have access to the gym which continued into September. When I contacted ******, the owner, to cancel my membership- he stated I owed money and that he wouldn't cancel my membership until I paid what was owed. Confused as to how I could owe any money since I was enrolled in auto payments I confirmed with my bank that all payments had been withdrawn from March to October and emailed ****** this information & asked him to confirm he received my email and to cancel my membership. It is now mid November and I have yet to get a response. I finally went to my bank and requested a new debit card. So last week I received a phone call from a staff member, asking me to update my card on file. When I declined and told them I wouldn't be updating my card on file and requesting for them to cancel my membership, the staff member told me he would not cancel my membership without me sending in a cancellation letter- which I had previously sent to the owner on October 6th. So now they're refusing to cancel my membership because apparently I now owe money for the month of November and told me they will take me to collections until I pay them. I haven't had access to the gym since July because my key wouldn't work - so now I've paid for 4 months of a gym membership that I can't even get into and they still will not cancel my membership and are trying to continue to charge me.
