    *****, the owner of A Personal Touch Pool Service, LLC came out to my home to look at my pool because the pool i own is in need of repair. He arrived on Thursday 4/13 and we discussed that i needed to pick out tile and coping. He requested that i accompany him to the tile store he prefers to do business with. I did not feel comfortable going with him to the tile store and indicated that i'd prefer to do that with my husband. After receiving several voice mails that did not make me feel comfortable moving forward with him to do the work, he sent me a text message as follows: "After talking things over with my wife. We decided that we put four hours aside to go and pick tile out. It's one think to change plans, but its another thing to disregard the job. A free quote and coming out to someone's pool is one thing but the termination of a handshake and a job is another fairness we charge $125 / hour which means you owe personal touch $500 for four hours..that check can be made out to personal touch *** **** *** ********* and will expect payment in one week or we will follow up with our local magistrate.
