I provided a description to Trinity of generator not being level along with my credit card info by phone. The work was initiated 12/13/22 without notification of work starting. I had requested being notified when work was scheduled. I wanted to observe the work. That did not happen. I happen to return home that day and the generator had been temporarily position for leveling by two workers. The leveling was temporary and workers indicated they had to return to add cement footing and final leveling. The charges were fully applied to my credit card.Five weeks later, with repeated calls to office staff for follow up and request to speak to owner, no follow up to complete job or communicate intention directly from owner. My goal is to be fair and respectful to Trinity in this process and prooduce a finished product that is safe for my household and family. I hope to get the same in return. I am not difficult to work with. *******************

Customer called asking to have his generator leveled. We quoted **************** the price to level the generator. We stated to the homeowner that he does not need to be home for the work, as it is outside work and our technicians are assessing and leveling what they can. The customer called back and paid for the leveling of the generator . On 12/13/22 *************** paid for the generator to be leveled. Our company went out to the property to inspect and level the generator. We leveled the generator with blocks as a temporary measure and told the homeowner that we will need to return to add come cement  and/or mortar. Also that this part of the job would be weather dependent due to the rain and freezing temperatures. On the first trip, **************** was present while the technicians did the work. They have verified that aspect. We called him to update him that we could not do the work with the wet weather on it would not work for the cement. This was on January 18th and 15th. We called ***************** on Monday January 30th to state that we would be out on Wednesday February 2nd to finalize the leveling of the generator with the cement. On Monday, we stated again, that *************** does not need to be home for the leveling of the generator. As of this point all the work has been completed 100%
