    On April 11, 2022, I paid A&A Customer Furniture a deposit of $400.00 to make a console table. I was told that the table would take 6-8 weeks to complete. I have been excuse after excuse of why the table wasn't done (eye infection, sick kids, etc). I finally was told it was being delivered the week of Thanksgiving and it never came. On December 8th, I was told he would call me directly to discuss. He never called. When I tried to follow up with him, his number was disconnected and he inactivated all his social media accounts.

    Made a full payment of $3000 on 12/15/21 for custom dinning table and 8 chairs via ********** to A &A Custom Furniture. Table color was settle 2/22/22. Inquired 4/28/22 about time frame of when we would receive the table. 5/1/22 was informed there is a delay but I should receive it in 2 weeks. Confirmed chair chose AGAIN on 5/12/22. Inquired 6/2/22 for delivery, was told they are behind but will be in the immediate future. Inquired again 6/27/22 and didn't get a response until 7/5/22 with another excuse. Merchant said delivery will be 7/25/22. Get a message morning of 7/25/22 saying they need more time, its not ready. Inquired 8/4/22 about delivery, again, another excuse said delivery will be next week. Inquired 9/2/22 for delivery said he could deliver 9/15/22. NEVER DELIVERED. We submitted a dispute with the bank to get out money back. **** is not helping at all. Denied out dispute. My husband spoke to the merchant who said he initiated a refund through **********. He has not. Opened another dispute with the bank for the lack of investigation. We are getting a run around and are now out $3000. I WANT MY MONEY BACK! I have email and text message evidence of the merchant claiming he is going to refund us. I want a certified check.

    Austin and Amanda S**************** have scammed almost a dozen (maybe more) hard working individuals on orders that were never delivered for custom furniture. I spent almost $5,400.00 and have very little to show for it. I've had many cancelled installations which even caused me to miss time from my working career. The owner is non responsive and told me to do what I had to do because he was done with us. This has caused a lot of hardship to my family and pregnant wife. We ordered everything back in June, 2022.

    I have done business with this company in that past with no problems. However for some odd reason our last transaction has been horrific and without resolve. We had agreed on them making us a bar and an end table totaling approximately $600. our first payment was sent a year ago today in the amount of $150, then another payment of $300 on November 6, 2021 and final payment in March 5 2022 $150. I was promised product in Dec 2021, well here we are almost a year later and no delivery of product, nor a refund which I have requested multiple times. I have been given excuse after excuse and empty promises. its highly disappointing and frustrating. they are a small business and family owned. I value and appreciate a company such as this and I am very saddened to have to report them here, however as a customer I feel it is necessary to share this information with others in hopes it will not happen again.

    On April 5, 2022, I ordered a table, 6 side chairs, and 3 counter stools. The total price that I was given was $3050. I was told that they required a 2/3 deposit with the remainder due at delivery and that it would be delivered 10-12 weeks from the time I pay the deposit. I paid the $2000 deposit on 4/5/22, and was given an estimated delivery date of 7/1/22. On 7/6/22, I contacted him because I hadn't heard anything, and was told that if I picked the stain colors he would get a delivery date on the schedule. I picked the colors, and was told delivery would be the week of July 25. On 7/27, I received a message asking if he could call me to discuss. When he called, he informed me that his daughter had an appointment with a specialist and he was unable to deliver that week, but would deliver the following week. On 8/1, he informed me that he was going away on vacation and would deliver on 8/23/22. On 8/22/22, I reached out to confirm delivery and was told that he was still on vacation and that the table wasn't completely ready yet. On 8/25, I reached out for another delivery date and received no response. On 8/27, I reached out again and received no response. On 8/28, I reached out again and received no response. On 8/29, he sent me a message that said the table was ready and he could "aim for this Friday." This was the Friday before Labor Day weekend and we were going away, so I asked if he could deliver 9/6 when we return. He said that 9/6 was fine. On 9/5 I reached out to confirm delivery and was told that since it was supposed to rain on the 6th, and he had nothing to cover the furniture with, he would have to move delivery to 9/7. On 9/7 he cancelled delivery again due to possible rain and rescheduled for 9/9. On 9/9 he cancelled delivery because he couldn't fit it in and rescheduled for 9/13. On 9/13 I received a message that he could not deliver today because the table was not finished and there was a death in the family.

    Better Business Bureau:

    The business in reference to complaint ID ******** did respond to me finally.  They delivered a table, but not the 6 chairs or 3 stools that I had also ordered. Upon inspection of the table, it was noted that the craftsmanship was of very poor quality and not at all what was advertised or what was shown on their website and ******** page.  I filed a dispute with my credit card company, which was resolved last week, reversing the amount paid back to me.  The business has said that they will be coming to pick up the table since I was refunded by my credit card.  I attached pictures of what the table looks like for reference.
