    Asphalt pull apart holes flaking sinkhole asphalt its not holding up at all. Looks like its 10 years old instead of one year old.

    Poor work done without any return of communication from company. Company is licensed and insured and should answer calls about problems or have these removed for misleading credentials. Tried to call, email, and post questions on their website since November 2022. There has been no communication back. There is not any way to contact this company does it exist or is it fake.

    I called several times, sent pictures of the driveway entrance and the front pavement to the company. The dirt and the black driveway mix has to be cleaned up. The company was paid $5000.00 to dig out entire old driveway. Add 4-6 inch of modified stone and pave with 3 inch of driveway mix. That was done and is ok. But the dirt and the black tar chips that was left behind at the driveway entrance and on the front pavement has to be clean up. See the enclosed pictures

    We had Delaney replace and widen our asphalt driveway 9/21/22 - 9/22/22. After I reviewed the completed work on Friday 9/23, I found many areas that needed to be addressed due to improper installation. I called and left a message and emailed a full description of the concerns with pictures (Email attached and pictures in link below). Delaney came out to review with my wife on 9/24 and said he would correct the mistakes the following week. She also voiced concerns about the quality of the work. The right side of the driveway is not straight at all and was not executed as discussed. The grass edges were not straightened. I have reached out to them with countless phone calls and many emails without any response at all. I want the repairs made to my driveway or a refund for the services not being executed as contracted.************************************************************************************ ***************************************************************************************************************************************************

    Delaney Construction and Pavement replaced our driveway on 25Mar2022 and provided 12 months of warranty. The job was paid in full on the same day.Everything seemed fine until I noticed a few weeks ago dips with a bit of cracking in places where our is parked.At that point I contacted them at their ************ with an ask to call back. Nobody called back and I followed up. I was able to get the owner or the manager on the line. Described the problem. He said he would send someone to look at it that day. That did not happen. I then followed up with a call again. This time I was promised that absolutely they will send the crew within a week and asked if I could send pictures, I did text them at the same number the property address and pictures on 20Sep2022. That was the last I heard from them. From that point on, I kept sending multiple follow-up text and voice messages asking for a call back or repair or scheduling a repair. However, I did not get a single response and the problem was not remediated,
