      Hired this firm about a year ago for a personal injury case. It's been challenging throughout to get updates. Finally, after stating I'd be discontinuing with their representation, the assistant decided to actually locate and contact the property owner who rendered insurance information. I was then advised that aside from one file needed they had all required to submit a demand letter which was to be done within the week. 2 months later I receive a request from them for specific medical records that they'd said they had already. I called the doctors office while on the phoje with the assistant to ensure their would be no issues obtaining recirds. I was reassured that as soon as they were received that the demand letter would go out. Fast forward another month and I receive a other correspondence requesting the exact same information but from a different assistant as though the conversation had never taken place. At the time I'd reached out to say I was no longer interested in their services, I was advised that they'd sent numerous letters to the prope6owner but received no response and the address was indicated which was my relatives address. My faith in their service has dissipated. This has been a disappointing experience and a waste of an entire year.

      I'm so happy I chose **** sure the use of my SSD. They were so helpful with getting me approved and help me on the way.They were very helpful with my needs. This was my third time filing for Social Security disability and now that I've been approved. I will recommend anybody for **** to help them file for disability. He was the second ******* Again, I just wanna thank this Law Firm for helping me out with all my leaves and very patient with me.

      I applied for SSDI with the help of some counselors a few years ago. It became clear that i needed an attorney by the way the case was being handled. I contacted the ********** of **** Shores after a search for representation. There was a distinct difference when The ********** of **** Shores took over my case. The difference was a strong Knowledge base and a level of attention to detail with the research done for my case. I could sense I was in good hands just from the way we communicated that gave some insight of the process they follow to prepare for the case. Last year, during my CDR, I was accused by my local office of being over-payed due to Information that did not exist that they supposedly had access to. I sent in everything I could that was requested and the accusation turned to benefits being stopped and a debt collection. I was in contact with ***************************** about this situation. **** got back to me after some research and gave me instruction on what to do about it. The accusation was ruled invalid and disability payments were to be continued. I received my back pay earlier this month. I appreciate the calm and clarity that has been displayed by the law firm. The communication I have had with all legal representative of this law office has been exceptional. I also love the results.
