      I've purchased from this company for a few years now, and I've finally succumbed to the harsh reality of most other reviewers here. I made an order in June, half of which arrived, and after multiple emails/ notes of promise/ requests for a partial refund, they have skipped off with my money and are no longer responding to my now multiple emails. I think 4 months shows great patience. Over it now. They don't care and there's not much you can do but file with the BBB and hope for the best. I'll be doing so once I get my details in order. Heed the advice of others here and don't bother with this company unless you are a glutton for punishment and time wasted.

      At first this site seemed legit and trustworthy, I ordered from them more than once everything went fine. But when I had an item to return for a refund, and jumped through all the ridiculous hoops required in there return policy, they didn't honor there end and refund my money. They kept my item and never sent my refund. Finally I got a call from a man saying it would take about 7 weeks for my refund to come through, its been months since then, still no refund or reply to my emails. (DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE).

      I ordered product in August it is now October and I haven’t received it or a refund. I have contacted them through emails and by phone. Was told by Sarah in customer service on September 9 that she would check to see what the problem was. I have emailed 2 more times with no response.

      This is my 1st and last time ordering with this company! I placed an order on September 1, 2022 today is October 12, 2022 I still haven’t received my order and the phone number provided is always busy! I’ve reached out to this company on numerous occasions via email asking for a refund and I’m always told my order will ship within the next 7-10 days and tracking information will be provided! I still haven’t received my products, I still haven’t received tracking information but this company has taken the money for the products that they never sent to me! Definitely bad business!

      I ordered products on Aug 15, 2022 and the items never arrived. While this company has decent products, the service is beyond horrible. You will never get through the customer service line.
      One person emailed me once but did not follow simple instructions, which caused the products to be sent back to them again.
      I had to have my bank refund my money. I could not reach anyone to assist me for over 2 months.
      Absolutely done with HOB! You all should be ashamed of yourselves!

      I placed an order of $199.50 merchandise on July 12 ,2020, by credit card. I received a partial order of two items, which the company owes me $159.60. After many phone calls, emails and letter writing to the company no resolution has been solved as of October 4, 2022. On the times I could talk to someone, with very poor English, they first told me the product would arrive 7 to 10 days. After many weeks with that request, I asked to cancel my order and I would reorder at another time. They said the refund will show up 5 to 7 days on my credit card billing. That never happened. I wrote through email after no more attempts by phone. They said they would response within 38 hours. Never happened. Wrote a letter my mail No response. Tried calling again and again, No answer. This is morally wrong. Where is my money. No stars from me.

      I ordered my stuff on July 20th worth 380.69 Australian dollars. They don't reply to emails and their phone numbers don't work. I called the shipping company they used and they said they sent the goods back to them because they needed a confirmation from them before they sent them, but they never got replies, or call backs. This is the 3rd time I was ordering from them and I have had no issues in the past. It seems like there are very many people who are complaining according to the reviews. Are we going to get our money back?

      I placed an order 9/2022 and never received it. Additionally, the company website does not allow customers to update their usernames or passwords. Therefore, I sent an email to customer service and the response that I got was the manufacture has a bottling issue. It is almost at the end of 9/2022 and still no updates. I just want to delete my online account and there should be a way for me to achieve this personally without any complications.

      I have many of the same complaints lodged against this company as many other reviewers. I placed an order beginning of 8/2022. was promised products 7 to 10 days later. Received e-mail stating product was out of stock and was promised it would be in stock and shipped within the week. When it did not arrive I demanded a credit to my acct. Company said refund would take 7-10 days. when credit wasn't received I e-mailed them again because phone calls were not being returned. After my e-mail requesting credit for third time I received e-mail stating the company is closing and I must fill out a form for credit not telling me how or where to find this form. Still working on it will see what happens !!

      I wish I had read the reviews on this company before making a purchase! I purchased 2 items September 3, 2022 I never actually received tracking information after reaching out several times I was told they were experiencing delays in shipping! After waiting a few more days I reached out again and asked for a refund I was then told my items were on the way I still have no shipping information and I still haven’t received my products! I’m guessing from reading the reviews I should look forward to receiving nothing! Definitely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced!
