Dates 08/16/2023 - 10/23/2023 this company was assigned to me from ******** **** ****** to repair a washing machine the wasn't spinning. They first lied to ******** **** ****** and said my wife cancelled the dispatch even though they only talked to me. After about a month someone came out and took the machine apart and got the machine to spin but now it didn't wash. for days, weeks and months I reached out to ******** **** ****** about these contractors. Eventually the contractor who originally took the machine apart (**** ************) came back out and experimented on my machine again. I asked him to wait for me to check and see if the machine was working properly and he refused and ran out of my property like his pants were on fire. I ran the machine and, as suspected, the machine was not working properly. I immediately contacted ******** **** ****** to complain and they sent another contractor out who told me he could not work on my machine because the former contractor had "jerry rigged" the wiring and now the machine is a fire hazard. Service Connection has not answered my calls or responded to my voice mail since then. Also, ******** **** ****** is claiming that, since the damage is no longer due to normal wear and tear that they are no longer liable to live up to their own contract agreement.

On 6/24/22 ******** **** ****** sent Service Connection to repair my washing machine. When the Tech arrived I showed him a video of the noise the machine was making (I took the video at 6:51am that morning) so he could see what the problem was. The Tech after a few minutes asked me for a piece of wood, which I went into the garage to get. He placed the wood inside the machine and pulled the machine with his knee toward him. He called me (which I was sitting right there watching) and said he could not repair the machine because the machine had a dent in the front. I told him I didn't put a dent in the machine. I called ******** **** ****** to complain about his service report. I have a video and pictures of the machine that shows no dent is visible before he arrived. This technician damaged my machine and blamed me for the damage as the reason its not working properly. American Home Shield charges $106 for my deductible.
