    Don't waste time hiring this company if you need something complicated, or expect to be treated in a timely manner. I've used them for a new system which they installed incorrectly and after one season of use, it began to fail. I constantly received the run around from them to try and have it fixed or even addressed properly. They either show up with wrong parts or tell you they'll call you back in an hr. but never actually pick up the phone. Or completely ignore you, and send technicians who aren't able to handle the job in a professional manner After giving them the benefit of the doubt, and waiting for their response, we've had to hire someone else and replace the system that they installed. Not only has this been ongoing for 2&1/2 yrs, we've spent thousands trying to remedy their mistakes.
