TURN is a tenant advocacy organization that helps tenants throughout Philadelphia.  The complainant is on one of our programs where the agency pays a portion of rent, and the participant has a portion of rent to pay.  TURN is not behind on the complaints rental payments; we have ledgers and case notes that support our position.  The complaint has filed a case with law firm in recent months and that case was dismissed.  We at TURN value our program participants and the complaint is no different.  We speak with the compliant monthly and are here to support the compliant in anyway needed.  Have a good day.
