    They say no late fees but when I cancelled my nuuly and returned the clothing for the month I had already paid for, I was charged for the next month anyways. They say they wont charge you till you order a second one (which I wasnt planning to because the sizing consistency sucks)

    I had okay experiences with Nuuly before this current one. On 7/11 I put in an order for an upcoming event which I needed formal attire for. I continued to track the shipment via *** and saw no update for 3 days. When I spoke to *** 2x, they claimed the only got the notification a label was created but no package. The costumer service has no direct number I had to submit multiple chat request till I finally got a call from "*****". She reassured me that the order was coming. I checked back the next day to find my order was "returned"! When I finally got "*****" on the phone again, she claimed that I will be refunded and they cannot promise I will get my order in time for my event but they will try to expedite the shipping but wouldn't give any detail. I went to re-order the items to find my sizes were out of stock. I put in another order very disappointed and she could not even confirm if she upgraded the shipping. This site is sketchy and dishonest.

    I found a charge from them on my credit card bill. I had never dealt with them and didn't even know what the business is. I tried to contact them but couldn't get through to a person. I waited on my phone for more than an hour before I gave up.
