      STAY FAR AWAY- WARNING!!! I ordered a full order and paid extra shipping so that it would be received by Fathers Day and I did not receive anything yesterday and I have yet to hear from customer service! Ill be filing a claim with my bank because this is a scam and fraud company!!! ****** Do not buy from them!! I wish I wouldve read the reviews ahead of time!!!!!!

      Unfortunately we dont know who this person is.We checked our shipping records and dont have an order on file with the name ** ****.When a customer submits an order they receive an email confirmation with an order number. They also receive notification when their order ships and a *** tracking number. Furthermore, we do not take insults to our credibility lightly.Therefore, this matter will be forwarded to our legal adviser for review.

      I HATE THIS company. I spent $60 on philly style pretzels to try them a couple months ago, and they arrived with mold with NO ice packs, NO insulation, NO ANYTHING to protect the product. I tried writing directly to them and they refuse to solve the problem. They refused to take responsibility to give proper customer service to their West Coast customers. I told them "It is THEIR responsibility to be sure their products are good on arrival, and if they are not and can't honor my request for replacing my pretzels I wany my money back." They still refused and told me, "it is my responsibilty to follow directions" that West Coast pretzel lovers like myself who are forced to spend twice as much as the actual product on shipping alone. It is a TOTAL RIP OFF. I want my money back and I'll give my business elsewhere.

      Unfortunately the customer did not read the statement on our website that says all customers living within the ********************* and states west must order 1,2 or 3 day air delivery. The customer still selected ground shipping and wanted to know why it took so long for the shipment to travel via ground from ************ to **********. After the customer received their order they reached out demanding a full refund. We explained our policy again and were threatened with insults and demeaning statements regarding our company. As a result this customer was blocked from placing future orders.

      I live in Philly, I probably eat more soft pretzels than I should. I was happy to find a company that made soft pretzels without preservatives. I tried their new "twists" and their standard size soft pretzel. They shipped with a jar of Dietz & Watson Spicy Brown Mustard. The package also came came with heating instructions (I'm going to freeze them) & perfect size salt in a shaker container. Ordered on Wednesday and received them by Friday. The twists were bigger than I expected, filled me up. Great texture. It's nice to know I don't have to rely on the pumped with preservative brands at the local convenience store, and I can just order on-line.

      Do not order from this company! I ordered 50 pretzels from them and they showed up via UPS and the entire box was moldy. They claim it was my fault because they were shipped ups ground. If they can not be shipped that way then it shouldn’t be an option. They refuse to send my money back or do anything to make up for the bad product. Very bad customer service! I spent $80 and got nothing!

      This customer lives in Colorado and our website states for all customers living within the Rocky Mountain Region and states west must order overnight or second day shipping. UPS provides customers various shipping methods and insight of our policy, customer selected ground shipping. Customer was offered to replace the pretzels for free if the selected air shipping and paid shipping costs.
