      On April 17 2025 I gave a deposit of ******** to the estimator named *****. After many called to his cell phone and to the office no one came to do the job and no one returned my calls. I am now left without my money and no job done. Please help me. Thank you

      We've had leaking issues stemming from the 3rd floor fiberglass roof deck to the room below soon after buying our row home in 2017. In Fall/2021 there was enough visible water damage to the deck to realize we'd need it entirely redone. We hired Philly's Phinest Roofing for $17,000 and secured a 20 year warranty to repair our deck and stop the leak. Unfortunately, we had issues throughout their work including numerous no-shows, leaving our deck exposed during a rainstorm halfway through their installation which caused additional leaking spots within our home, and disappointed when they required an additional $5,800 halfway through. But we let this all go and were looking forward to a finished, working roof deck. Once their work was completed it was sloppy and they did a very poor job with all of the finishing touches, but more importantly, the leak was still present. There was also bubbling on the deck itself and on hot days dark liquid would bubble out of the deck, indicating water within the layers or the silicone components separating. I have via text the owner's acknowledgement that he would have to re-do it all himself since it was not installed properly. We were then completely ignored. Now today in Summer/2024, I have the same leaking issues along with it traveling to additional exit points (sprinkler, heating vent) in the surrounding area of the below room. The second floor of my home smells like mildew post-rain. Per the contract I cannot have any other roofer even step foot on their work, or the contract/warranty would be void.I did recently notify the owner I would be taking action with counsel and he immediately responded with, I do not do this on purpose to you. I clearly forget what Im doing. I get overwhelmed and then I just clearly forget about coming to see you. ****** later my calls still go completely ignored.Video of damage: **********************************************************************

      Hired him to complete basement repairs. Paid majority of the payment and now he ignores my calls, doesn't answer, and has not done any repairs to the basement.

      Final payment was made August 8th for half of project costs ($3,000), project failed to be completed over the several preceeding months. $3,000 advance was paid to PPR at start of project. Project was not completed and what was completed was not to code or agreed-upon standards. PPR was unreachable until they requested the second half of payment (for total of $6,000) due to owner needing the money "to go on vacation". Payment was made under pressure and job was never completed. Business has since been unreachable for amicable resolution, and address given for business was not occupied, so business remains unreachable.

      I called Philly Finest roofing service in 10/2021 due to a leak in my ceiling when it rained. The roofers came out I showed them where the leak was they informed me it was from the main roof. I paid 2800.00 via check and signed a contract with a 15 year warranty. The next week it rained and my ceiling was leaking I took video and called them and was informed someone would come out however no one ever came. I kept reaching out and finally in April 2023 I called and ** answered the phone i explained to him the situation and he said he would send someone out. Two men came out to look at my roof I showed them where my ceiling was leaking and it was the kitchen roof however the previous roofers from 2021 said it was the main roof which it was not. Hence why my roof was leaking that next week. Ed then said he would fix it for 2000.00 I refused as I paid 2800.00 for a problem that was not resolved and I have a 15 year warranty. He then stated that he had a medical situation and the staff he had in his place were completing jobs he had no idea of. He then stated he tried to reach out to them but they were not responding however since it was under his company and his name he would fix it by today May 11, 2023 however never came stopped responding to my texts and blocked my number. I will now be seeking legal action as he responded to a source saying he’s not going to fix it and he doesn’t care and to sue him. I have a copy of the contract, payment check #2258 dated 10/8/21, message threads, call logs as well as pictures and videos of my ceiling.

      Our roof was done by this company in 2019 when we purchased the. A few months after we had a leak in our roof. I called and spoke to *****. He explained that someone was doing work and using their paperwork but agreed to come out and fix the issue. A few month after that we have another leak in the same spot and have been trying to get a hold of someone. I have called left messages and emailed the company with no response. I got an email saying someone will get in contact with me and nothing. That was in November and still nothing. The leak is still there and now we have mold. When I spoke to ***** back in 2019 he said the warranty was good as long as no one else did work on it. All I would like is for the roof to be repaired since it is still under warranty and for the mold issue to be resolved as well

      I hired Philly's Phinest Roofing in April 2022 to repair/replace my main roof as well as repair my side porch to drain properly. They completed the main roof work, but after 2 attempts weren't able to repair the side porch. However they demanded payment for all of it, and said they'd come back to fix the side porch in a week. That's now 4+ months ago, and after many communications and dates/times they said they'd show up, they never have. So they collected money for work they never did, that is fraudulent. I'm requesting for the work to get completed satisfactorily or for a refund for that portion of the work so I can get someone else to do it.
