On June 8,2023 my vehicle was repossessed from my driveway. I heard the tow truck outside and by the time I got outside my vehicles back tires were already up off the ground attached to the tow truck. The driver asked for my key which I gave him and I grabbed what I could (unfortunately forgetting my license plate) from the interior but couldn't open the back hatch due to it already being up in the air. I wasn't able to pay to get my vehicle back until July 12, 2023. As soon as I started driving my vehicle out of the lot I noticed I whining noise coming from the rear of my vehicle. This noise was not present before June 8 2023. After conferring with several reputable mechanics it was deduced that my drivetrain my damaged due to improperly towing my all wheel drive vehicle using a wheel lift tow truck when it should've been towed with a flatbed. After contacting my bank they advised me to take it to ****** dealer for diagnosis. ****** dealer states that they found an internal failure of the rear differential assembly and that it was plausible that the tow caused the damage. After submitting information to the bank they stated to me that MJRepo was denying towing with a wheel lift by submitting a picture of my vehicle on a flatbed taken at 6:29 am. My vehicle was towed from my home sometime between 1am and 2am. MJRepo is deliberately lying to avoid paying damages.
