      I heard Revzilla was a reputable company so after shopping around their site for a few days I purchased 13 items. During checkout, next day shipping was available for 4 or 5 of those items for a little extra money so I paid for it.Unfortunately I didnt realize that I wasnt logged into my Revzilla account and made the purchase using Guest checkout instead. So when I entered my shipping address my phone autofilled my address but left out my apartment. I didnt think this would be an issue because it was only two packages and ***** could always call me.Over the next few days I received emails for 5 different shipping labels that were created for my 13 items and 5 different packages were sent out this did not make sense to me. I had 5 different tracking numbers to be looking up (tracking numbers arent linked to products, so I had 5 windows open and didnt know what was arriving on what day). Also, 2 of the tracking numbers had delivery dates on the same day. Why not put those items in the same box to make it easier on the customer?Well 2 of the deliveries made it to me, 2 of the deliveries I received calls to confirm my apartment, and 1 got returned to sender, so I never got the product.The shipping issues above were 50/50 on me so I would have given Revzilla 4 stars but lets get to customer *********** of the packages that DID arrive had an incorrect item (ordered a chain and sprocket kit; got just a chain). On 2/10 I reached out, and ******** actually went ahead and put my order onto my Revzilla account and credited me back some shipping cost without me asking, which was nice.On 2/11 I chose to just refund and return chain. I was given a shipping label and 30 days to make the return.On 2/18 I finally found out that 2 of my items had been returned to sender and I was refunded for those as well. That SAME DAY I received an email from ******** asking to please advise when I would be returning the refunded item. Within 30 days ********.. 2 stars.

      I have never had any problems with revzilla. I believe I had one item that had to be sent back and they dealt with it quickly.Absolutely no problems. And I absolutely love the money that you earn for future purchases just by buying from now.

      Great company until there's an issue. Then they are rude. Disrespectful and ban you from future ordering instead of fixing the issue.

      Absolute nightmare back-and-forth return my helmet to get a replacement. They sent it the wrong way paid me back my money never got the replacement helmet because it was stolen in the mail. As far as they are concerned They gave me the Money back to them that is where the customer service stopped and I was told to We would normally follow an investigation process regarding the missing helmet, but think it best to part ways here. We encourage you to check out our competitors to see if they can better address your needs.We wish you the best in your motorcycling endeavors. So this is basically a big FU I am out of a helmet or the ability to get one here for 16 years priority mail was how they shipped to the military and now they refuse to do that even when I offered to pay, Ive spent in excess of $20,000 with them And this is how I get treated. They should tell you about their motorcycle brotherhood

      You have been refunded for the issue with your helmet. Because of your interaction with our team members we have chosen not to continue our business relationship with you. We do not make these types of decisions lightly and we always use this as a last resort when dealing with our customers as we know how important the relationship with our customers are.

      Was on a waiting list for a product that was on back order. I got an email stating it was back in stock and the delivery to me in ******* ****** was only a week to get to me. Pretty happy with that
