      Great products. Very protective equipment that *** cost a little bit, but most to just about all of the stuff you buy off of Revzilla is gonna be worth it. Make sure you do plenty of research before buying any kind of ATV/Motorcycle Gear, different brands *** be impacted by the materials they use. Some brands *** offer different sizes, those of which sizes *** be one size lower than the actual name of the size, or one size higher. Yes, a medium can be built like a large, and vise versa. If you buy stuff from RevZilla, you might as well call yourself a semi-pro as a begginer considering you found a one stop online shop for gear the fits your needs, and protection and safety wants too. Make sure to give these guys a good review if youd like to. You dont have to, but in order to reach more riders and get people flowing to the website, youll probably want to. Its the website i chose, it should be the website for mostly all new riders. Yeah, stuff is expensive. You want protection though right? So stop at RevZilla, and you wont be dissapointed. It goes without saying, safety is key. Use RevZilla, for your safety and the safety of others.

      Wow, reading through other reviews it seems like I am not alone in what I am about to say.Revzilla built a brand on upbeat, customer-focused culture. Gear geeks were always helpful and returns effortless. It sounds like management is trying to make changes and driving company into ground.I ordered thousands of dollars of gear, was encouraged by "gear geeks" to get an RPM membership to make any returns free. I specifically asked if I could order two sizes to try on in my house for a few items and told that was fine. I ended up keeping gear that was clearly worn more than anything I tried on (no problem) and sent some stuff back.I received an email from ********** and was told would be penalized in future because of high return rate. He said same thing another reviewer wrote: that I returned "thousands of dollars of gear" and that was not sustainable for company. Only thing is, I also KEPT thousands of dollars of gear. It doesn't make any sense because they profited from their margin on those itemsa lot. I ended up finding same gear elsewhere for less so I know it is still profitable.For a store that is mostly online, returning things is inevitable. It's just like ******. The difference is that Revzilla customer service now stinks and they are loosing future sales in some effort to reduce exchanges/returns for size. Something where fit is critical for safety, it is also potentially gong to hurt people.Sad that such a great company has gone bad; I will just shop elsewhere.

      Bad quality control, ordered it once had to get refunded for some reason re-ordered the same helmet when it finally got here even though all of the labels on the box and receipts, say XL. But actual helmet size tag says L after reaching out to customer service. They said I have to send it back. It’ll be fully processed, sorted and inspected then they will tell me the amount of money that I will receive. However, since they are the ones that inspected I’m very worried shipping damage would be blamed on me.

      Una silla muy bonita, muy bien hecha. Adquirí la maverick up front. Mido 1.70 metros. Mis piernas son cortas y esta medida fue la mejor elección.Tengo una road king classic. Milwaukee eight 2017. En cuanto a la distancia al piso baje 2 centimetros, pero en cuanto a la distancia de los pies al freno y palanca de cambios es igual a la silla estándar original, es decir que si hubiera comprado la estándar maverick había quedado lejos de los pedales. La cintura la siento muy bien apoyada. En cuanto a lo blanda la siento un poco mas dura, pero entiendo que es cuestión de unos cuantos kilómetros para que coja mi forma y se hablande. Estoy muy satisfecho. La novia esta feliz, es ancha y lo suficiente gruesa J&p cycles es excelente. Gracias

      For several years have been a frequent purchaser of Revzilla motorcycle products because of their “no hassle” return policy. I will frequently order a specific product try it on in the house. If it doesn’t meet my expectations reflective of either the reviews or my own personal criteria, fit& finish, comfort, etc. i return it within the return policy guidelines. Every return is unworn, unused, in original condition and packaging. Then paid with a return shipping label and fee of $9.99. Nothing was written or said, warning or otherwise, that by purchasing and returning “too many times”, ( What does that mean? How many times, and over what period of time?). All while complying with the terms of their return policy I would be charged a 25% restocking fee. Well, I was charged $78.50. Without notice or warning. After battling with a somewhat curt/nasty supervisor it was removed. Revzilla needs to clearly state the purchase and return limits. The @No Hassle” is ambiguous . A business must address all areas of confusion. That’s why I’ll be shopping at Dennis Kirk from now on.

You had previously been advised that we would implement this policy. Our records show you have returned over $7000.00 and kept less than 3000.00. Sadly, we aren't able to continue this level of return activity.

      5 stars for the product. 3 stars for: 6 days to actually ship it then another 5 days for the package to actually move from UPS mail inovations to USPS. I don't think I'll be ordering from J&P Cycles again.
