      Ordered some basic parts for an oil change. Oil filter arrived soon enough, but after two weeks, I called about the oil. I had 20 “zillacash” thrown at me unprompted and was told they’d check with logistics. Called again a week later and was told it should be “handled” soon. Took another week to get it so I could do the maintenance. After 4 weeks, I’m glad I have 20 “zillacash” to be just as naive, but at a discounted price.
