      Ordered a Bell Qualifier DLX Mips Rally (M), a pair of Joe Rocket Cafe Racer Gloves (M) and a 4L of Motul 7100 10w50 Synthetic. The gloves and helmet were perfect fits, using the sizing guides from the RevZilla site. The gloves were shipped from Alabama to Tennessee in 3 days, the oil and helmet however, shipped from Vegas and took 9 days to make it to Tennessee. This has nothing to do with RevZilla, but they might want to ask UPS to do better for their customers.

      I have been an RPM member since the beginning of the program. One of the perks of the program is free 2 day shipping. This is one of the primary reasons I enrolled. Over the last year or year and a half, more often than not, I don't receive my order for 1 week or more, even for items that the website claims "In Stock! Ships within 24 hours." For this particular order, there was a holiday weekend involved, but still, it wasn't picked up from Revzilla for 3 business days (even after printing the label), and took another 4 to get to me. This kind of experience is frustrating, particularly when there was no indication that there could be a delay. The part itself was exactly what I needed, but the point is I could source it from a variety of vendors. The customer experience is a determining factor in who I buy from, and this time, Revzilla let me down.

      Received Bell Qualifier Helmet. I was a little disappointed because the images in the store show a tinted visor, but the product came with clear. Overall a good experience.

      I ordered 3 items all at the same time and I got an email that only 2/3 items shipped. Called customer service and they made sure I got my 3rd item right away! Seems like there was an issue with communication between sales and shipping. Nonetheless I got my helmet in due time and honestly I love it!
