      Supreme remodeling came and did work for me ..they did the steps..the suppose to had refinished the steps; which they didn't finish and put up an iron railing; that they half way done..the screws they put in came out and the workers broke my mirror on the wall (top mirror on wall! Bottom of which the railing is attach to broken and open by the step and a screw that they didn't take out, the screw is hanging out. On the side of the wall near the railing. He suppose had took the carpet of the wall n he didnt..so about the steps i got the repairs done myself and paid out of pocket and also paid for the carpet to be taken off and replaced with a cardboard and on the side of the steps carpet was suppose to be removed n they said it couldn't be done and I got that repaired as well and paid out of pocket..for all of these things I paid out of pocket...I have receipts and pictures. Also the railing is loose .; it needs to be tighten up..I paid $5500 for these jobs to be done and I feel they didn't finish what they started.

      (1) When the stairs were being done, we put up plastic sheet to stop dust going into D/R. It was taped to the wall of 12" x 12" mirrors. When removed fell & broke - I made a new one & told them I would install it.  

      (2) We removed original carpet that were covering the stair stringers & found that they were completely rotted.  I told them that they were not included in original estimate, therefor an additional charge would be assessed. 

      (3) I was never advised about a loose railing after the first time, which was serviced & tightened.  

      (4) After receiving enclosed text, we have no intentions of communicating or making any adjustments
