    Communication is horrible They quoted me a time of an hour eta. They arrived 5 hours later and the. Threateneed to leave if I wasn't at pick up within 5 min. They bombared you with text messages and blame it on then system that has a delayed response .

    Terrible company for shipping. They are completely disorganized and completely took advantage of the situation. They had excuses for everything they were not supposed to do and none of it was justified. I do not recommend using this company for any transport. They also call themselves ********************* but in fact they are **** Transport.

    If I could give negative stars, I would. We were quoted a door to door pick up of $780. After continually gaslighting and pushing back the pick up date, they refused to come to the location and instead had us meet them at Lowes FOUR DAYS LATER. We are a military family and were already moving, so a friend was kind enough to do all this maneuvering for us as the broker and driver continued to lie about location and arrival time. Not only did the same thing happen on the pick up end, but it was also suddenly $1550, not including the $200 deposit we put down! I have never experienced such a god awful company and hope that no one else has to deal with the stress of not only their ghastly unprofessionalism, but also their straight CRIMINAL acts. They should be ashamed of themselves. I have shared this information on poplar military moving pages on social media, and we will be going to small claims court over this.

    Wish we had ran into Jana Transportation sooner. Dealing with Montway and SGT was a joke. Jana Transportation picked up our car on time and delivered early. The driver and dispatch were courteous and respectful of our property. We have to do a 2,000 mile trip from California to Georgia quite a few more times and will not use anyone else.
