    I hired them for photography, photo booth and videography for my wedding. Dmont Reese advised me months ago that I will be getting a full refund for videography and photo booth, I agreed and he never sent the refund or reply to my calls. He straight ghosted my wife and I, and won't answer the phone. I want a full refund of $1795 and want my video sent to me as is, I'll edit. He is trying to steal my wedding footage, it been just over a year and nothing from him! The videography was paid in full to Dmont Reese but his company never delivered the video to me, only excuses, said will give full refund but nothing from Them. The photo booth broke during the wedding and was unable to print pictures, he also statedwe would get a full refund but nothing.

    Good afternoon, 

     This hasn't happened before in our 32 years and we are sorry for the  delay in the video as well mishandling of this client on his day of his life.

    We take great pride and care of our clients and the production of their images. His refund will handled in house and will sent out within 30 days. When his video is complete we will send him his video. Once again apologize for drama that has been caused. 

    Please submit an address to send a certified check for the refund for Photo-Booth-$375 video-$795=$1170
