    THIS BUSINESS IS UNDOUBTEDLY A FRAUD. Ageras representatives hastily coerce you into signing the contract, promising to deliver a specific number of leads per the agreed-upon terms. We explicitly specified that out-of-state leads within the designated region were perfectly acceptable as long as the potential client was open to remote engagement. However, the leads they provided all indicated they requested a local accounting company.After closely monitoring their activities for three months, we took decisive action by engaging our business attorney to notify the company of the breach of contract. Despite our efforts, the company disregarded our communication, persistently charged the monthly fee, and continued sending us fake leads. The company's relentless deceptive practices led us to take further action. We proactively informed the bank about the situation and ceased the payments. Regrettably, we encountered significant obstacles in communicating with any company representative in a professional manner. They initiated a lawsuit and deliberately ensured that all correspondence was directed to an incorrect address, preventing us from receiving proper notification of the legal action in ************. IT IS IMPERATIVE TO PUT AN END TO THEIR TARGETING OF ACCOUNTANTS, as a large number of their clients end up in court in ************ due to their actions. Some, like us, are unaware of the legal actions against them, as the documents never reach the correct address.

    DO NOT USE THEM.
    Expensive! and not worth the money as there is NO follow up. I never even was able to explain the situation which was on the clock.
    After getting 3 business recommendations, 1 didn't reply, 2 did with quotes that were more than $5000 for work that was worth about $2000 ( that's what the work was actually done for.)
    1 of the women own businesses wasn't able to meet with me for 3-4 weeks, "she's super busy". They only want to book with crazy tools ( Calendly, which I hate ), they don't remind you about appointments and when I missed one ( because Mom got Cancer and I forgot it, kill me! ) they never reached out and when I was upset and asked why -
    " Thank your for contacting us. We understand your frustration and sympathize with your situation. We did have a meeting with you schedule for August 19, 2022 for which you did not show. Our assumption when prospects do not show for a meeting / consultation is that they are not longer interested. Since we did not hear from you within 5 business days to reschedule, you were removed from our system.
    (If this woman had been raised correctly she'd know that you should never Assume - as you make an *** out of you and me)
    "At this time, we are at capacity with cases and no longer taking any more cases. Again, sorry we could not connect and best of luck! "
    So - apparently they couldn't care less about their clients and they surely don't know how to treat us. No follow up for a meeting whatsoever.
    I forwarded the reply to the management/owner of Ageras - and her reply was :
    "From what I can see this email is from July of 2022. Please don't contact us in this completely rude manor because you are checking your emails from July 2022 at the end of September. "
