    Our interaction with Regal Parking was on August 2, 2024. We arrived at 6:50am. We noticed passengers waiting to be transported to ********************. There was no one to direct us so we parked near the office". I ran in to find out our next step. The gentleman proceeded to take my key, tag it and place it on the windowsill with other keys. He checked me in and sent me a link so when we get back we could communicate with the shuttle. I went outside grabbed my bag and waited for the shuttle. As I began to speak with other passengers- they informed me that they had been waiting for over 30 minutes. I was told the shuttle was on its way. The one and only employee at Regal proceeded to come out and ask my husband to follow him in our car and park in the back of the lot. While I was waiting for the shuttle. At this point it became evident that there was only one shuttle and our flight was leaving at 8;30am. As my husband jogged, we become concerned that we would be cutting it very close if we waited for the shuttle. At this point we had been there for 30 mins. I then scheduled for an **** to pick us up at 7;30. We got to the airport and then to the gate with as they were boarding. When we arrived back at the ******************** it was August 6, 2024. Storms were passing through the Philly area and were delayed in our return to start with. As we attempted to use the link given to us - nothing happened. We called multiple numbers, multiple times to be picked up starting at 7;05 pm -7;30pm. As we saw the storms coming through we once again ordered an **** to take us to the parking lot, praying that our car was still there. When we got to the lot- we had to search for our vehicle.Needless to say we had a miserable experience. We ended up paying $25.00 in **** expenses. The link didnt work. There was only one shuttle. It was a disgrace for any business to present its self in this fashion. We will
