    Water damages to floors and walls. Repair of heater they took apart. I spoke with the repair guys when the installed and told them the heater was leaking. The repair men was very rude, ome even hung up on me. I went to the business several times and spoke with ******* who said this issue would be fixed. The contractors are not licensed and the business is only licensed to sell not repair. The repair guys spoke little to no english. I would like my floors to be replaced, the baseboards to be repaired. The heater issue caused my neighbor to transport her child to the emergency room for headaches. This was a near fatality due to this company negligence. ******* said he was manager and the owners were out of town for a death and he would get back to me. Everything I called the business ****** stated he was at another store or on a delivery. The building is now smelling like mold. There are 3 rooms that need floors and baseboards replaced. I have also contacted ************* and inspection to bring them aware of this business. I have tried to get this business to resolve this issue before taking legal action. I also tried contacting the owners on there company website and still no contact has been made. ****** has been no help. This business is responsible for these repairs and these repairs need to be completed quickly. There is no one else to contact but ******* who is always unavailable. All I ask is that my floors and walls to be fixed and I would like to be reimbursed for the heater the repair guys took apart to repair the damage hot water tank. Which was $100. If this issue is not resolved in a timely manner I will file proceed with a lawsuit and have my neighbor also file for the near fatality this company has caused. I spoke with ****** and gave an estimate of repairs I do have a text that proves that. I am willing for the company to provide there own contractors if the want to. I will continue to pursue this issue until my property is repaired. This issue is not

    I purchased a washing machine for $255.00. When I got the washing machine delivered it was not working right. I immediately reached out and a mechanic came out. He did not fix the job. I went back to the business they promised me they were going to deliver a new washing machine to me as soon as one of the same size came in. No one never called me or came to replace my washing machine. The machine is loud and the agitation is ripping up my clothes. The business have lied to me several times and didnt keep their word.

    I purchased 2 24’ stoves and a 28’ fridge l from Buchon Appliances on 600 W Lehigh Ave Philadelphia PA 19133. I visited 2times and I was reassured that their appliances was good in spite of the one appliance being outside and I asked was it damaged and was told no no worries very good I’ve asked for my money back the day of delivery and several times after they again reassured me that everything would be fine they would send someone to fix the issues on both appliances they sent Johnny the repair man came and he came several times to fix appliance in my Apt 1 and 1 time in my rental unit and yesterday 10/4/22 after I fixed up my Apt 2 to prepare to rent out I got the gas turned on to stove by my neighbor because it was off because the Apt was empty and 3 of the knobs was hard to turn and once turned the burner WOULDNT ignite I called the repair guy Johnny and he and my neighbor spoke in Spanish because the repair guy didn’t understand my English and Johnny said call company and he gave me the number to call I did and spoke to a man who sent repair man not Johnny and he attempts to fix the knobs and only fixed one so I paid him for that knob and asked him to leave. I text the number a woman who asked for my receipt and she wanted to let me know I wasn’t given a guarantee I explained to her I didn’t have my receipt but I could get my bank statement she said again I wasn’t given a guarantee I said your right but I was told your appliances worked and the stove in my apartment my grandsons and I could’ve died due to your defective appliance the *** gas company in Philadelphia came and turned my gas valve off 9/14/22 because the left back burner was leaking gas and gas build up in the oven and now I’m cooking on a burner from ******* since. And now I’m ready to rent my apartment upstairs and can’t because the stove only has 2 burners that work. I asked the company to do the right thing by me as a customer and by them knowing these appliances was defective
