  I regret purchasing a used refrigerator from Yeny's Appliances. They overcharged me because they claimed it is a new refrigerator. They sold me a defective refrigerator claiming that it was new so they could up the price. The freezer is broken and or the temperature switch. I complained about the refrigerator advising them that it melted my ice cream and froze, and or frosted my fresh vegetables with ice. I had to throw my food away and continue to have to throw my food away. Fresh head of cabbage, lettuce, broccoli, carrots etc. all wilted because this refrigerator keeps them too cold. I not only lost money purchasing this refrigerator but I'm continually loosing money because the food is being spoiled because it is keeping too cold. I've complained in person, I've complained on the phone. I left text messages, pictures of the receipt and the refrigerator as they requested. The have done nothing to rectify this situation. I complained the first week after I purchased it. They came out that one time re-adjusted the temperature. Told me I'd have to re=adjust the temperature again in the summer in order for it to work right. They abruptly left. They have not come back since. They delivered the refrigerator and came back as repairmen once to fix it. They did not even try to repair anything. They took my money. Stuck me with a broken refrigerator that spoils my food. A total waste of my money and yet they try to tell me that this is a knew refrigerator. Which they are a used appliance store. Meaning somebody had this refrigerator and tried to use it before me. They have done nothing to resolve this issue. They just leaving me with a defective product. I believe to get it off of their hands. I reccommend no one purchases anything from this company.
